This position will support the AIC administration of various financial schemes authorised by MOH. The duties will include:
- Processing or verification of monthly and quarterly disbursements for various national schemes and projects, to ensure timely and accurate payment to our business partners.
- Work with service providers on claims submission and tracking of budget utilisation for each projects.
- Support implementation of new schemes. Handle queries from stakeholders
- Support implementation of new process or new system capabilities.
- Perform data anomaly detection and reporting for fraud detection, risk profiling, and client insights.
- Handle audit related matters to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Assist in yearend closing of projects and to ensure proper compliance documentation.
- Provide support or take up new responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time, to meet department or division objectives.
- Degree in any discipline preferably with experience in grant processing operations and grant administration is preferred
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and high level of integrity, with the passion and patience to serve the seniors
- Detailed, meticulous, organised, resourceful, able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work independently and as a team player, with motivation to learn and progress as a team
The successful candidate will be offered a 2- year employment contract
